Interviewed primary users to determine their needs

2 year effort resulted in a complete financial management reporting system, integrated into an overall performance management framework

Created automated MS Access-based tools that exported planning schedules to Microsoft Excel;

Created and wrote VBA code for Access database to acquire & disseminate information concerning:

a) Planning,

b) Budgets,

c) Consultants and their Contracts and

d) Incoming / Outgoing Documents,

e) Training Schedules for Human Resources

Performed data extraction from various sources including Excel

Created high-level MS-Access queries and SQL code for handling & troubleshooting queries;

Wrote two part Users Manual for database program and presented to users
